Refund Policy

Subscription refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We review requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds at our discretion where we consider it fair to do so.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made until the trial ends. You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being billed. If you are charged because you did not cancel in time, contact us as soon as possible — we will consider a refund if you reach out promptly and had not made significant use of the service.

Annual plans

Annual plans are billed in full at the start of the subscription year. Because the full year of service is made available immediately, annual charges are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of billing error.

Accidental purchases and duplicate charges

If you were charged by mistake or charged twice for the same period, email us as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where confirmed, work with Lemon Squeezy — our merchant of record — to issue a refund.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. In particular, if you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, for digital services that begin immediately upon purchase — which Stacca subscriptions do — that right is waived once service starts, provided you acknowledged this at checkout. Lemon Squeezy handles this acknowledgement as part of the checkout process.

How to request a refund

Email support@stacca.io with the email address used at checkout, the charge date, the amount, and a brief description of the issue.

Response time

We typically reply within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, the time for funds to appear depends on Lemon Squeezy and your payment provider — usually 5–10 business days.
