What Stacca is

Stacca is an AI-assisted caregiving platform that helps families coordinate care for older relatives and people living with chronic illnesses. Features include medication management, reminders, interaction checks, care logs, voice notes, camera logging, family sharing, and caregiver collaboration.

Medical disclaimer

Stacca is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information in the app — including medication interaction checks, AI responses, and care suggestions — is for general informational purposes only. It may be incomplete or may not apply to your situation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

AI and accuracy

Some features in Stacca are powered by artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be incorrect, outdated, or missing important context. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional medical or pharmaceutical advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stacca, or older if local law requires it. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Stacca offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Where offered, a seven-day free trial is available. No charge is made until the trial ends — cancel before then and you will not be billed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Lemon Squeezy acts as our merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, and tax collection.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Stacca, attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service, scrape or extract data in bulk, or use the service in a way that violates law or these terms. We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.

Intellectual property

Stacca and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you enter. By using the service, you grant us the permissions necessary to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that information in the app will always be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You can stop using Stacca and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to Stacca, our users, or our systems. Where practical, we will give notice before doing so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of Stacca after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
